Peter Arndrup Poulsen has worked as CEO in a number of Danish and international industrial companies for more than 30 years. He has served as Chairman of the Board and as a Board member in more than 25 large and medium-sized industrial companies and has recently been a partner in Blue Equity, a Danish Private Equity Fund.
Today, Peter is CEO of Ledelseskraft, a leadership consultancy company, and holds positions as Chairman of the Board and Board member in a number of medium-sized companies.
He has over the years specialised in turn-arounds, creating organisational resilience, leadership training and stabilising and growing companies.
Peter holds the Master of Forestry degree from the University of Copenhagen.
Anne Mette Aaby Aaes is a Board Member, SVP Finance and part of Group Management at Norlys, the largest integrated telecommunications and energy group in Denmark. She has focused on financial services, mergers and acquisitions, business development, management, digitalisation and ESG in the last ten years.
Her extensive experience spans over 15 years with PwC as State Authorized Public Accountant. She has an MScin Business Economics and Auditing from The University of Southern Denmark.
Poul Leineweber holds a position as the International Purchasing and Logistics Manager at Zelected Foods ApS, Denmark. He is also a Board Member at Danish insurance company GF Fyn.
Poul’s extensive experience includes 40 years of global sourcing and international trading of timber products with the East Asiatic Company A/S (ØK) with several overseas postings; Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S (DLH), where his last position was Executive Vice President of Global Trading & Sourcing; and as Board Member in several international and Danish companies.
Poul Leineweber holds a BCom in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in Denmark.
Henning Lorentzen has worked in The Danish Dairy industry for almost 40 years in senior leadership roles at Arla as well as at MD Foods and at Kløver Mælk- one of Denmark’s largest dairy plants. He has also worked in the maritime sector as CEO of West Marine A/S and Nordhavn A/S. Today he is on the board of several companies, particularly within foods and logistics.
Henning’s areas of expertise include Management, Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, Strategy development and implementation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment and Construction projects, company turn-around, and teaching.
Henning Lorentzen holds a Master of Science (Cand. Lact.) in Dairy Science from the University of Copenhagen.
Lasse Skovlund Bech joined DSHWood in August 2024 as CEO.
Lasse has more than 10 years of top management experience from agriculture products trading and production companies. The companies include DLG Group, where he amongst others was Managing Director of a Polish subsidiary and Deutsche Saatveredelung, a German seed company, where he held the position as Managing Director of the Danish subsidiary. Before these positions, Lasse was working as a management assistant in DLG Group and with raw material trading and risk management, within the agriculture sector.
Lasse is a graduate from Copenhagen Business School, where he holds a degree of Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration.
Sten Fähnø Thomsen joined the DSHwood Group in August 2023 as Chief Financial Officer.
He is in charge of the DSHwood Group’s finance team which is responsible for the company’s strategic financial planning and reporting, business partnering, and treasury.
Sten has more than 25 years of experience in financial management and reporting with companies in the manufacturing, trading, and financial industries. He joined the DSHwood Group after his tenure with H. C. Petersen & Co. – a wholesale group distributing machinery and services to the Agriculture and Park industry in Scandinavia – where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer since 2018.
Sten holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Accounting), from University of Southern Denmark.
