Mogens Aaby is a Board Member, Chairman and Advisor from Good Counsel ApS, through which he has been focusing on business-development, management and transaction-services (M&A) for the last 10 years. He holds positions as a non-executive board member and chairman with a number of companies and trusts.
Mogens’ extensive past experience includes 15 years with the largest Danish retailer – the Salling Group – as well as stints as CEO of his own food development company and with a small group of companies in the trade business.
Mogens Aaby holds a B.Sc. from the University of Aarhus.
Kristian Eriknauer has worked for the Arla Group since 1998 under various capacities such as Business Development Director and Director, Executive Office. Currently, he holds the position of Vice President, Corporate Responsibility.
Kristian holds a Master of Science (Cand. Agro) in Agricultural Economics from the University of Copenhagen as well as a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bath.
Henning Lorentzen has worked in The Danish Dairy industry for almost 40 years in senior leadership roles at Arla as well as at MD Foods and at Kløver Mælk- one of Denmark’s largest dairy plants. He has also worked in the maritime sector as CEO of West Marine A/S and Nordhavn A/S. Today he is on the board of several companies, particularly within foods and logistics.
Henning’s areas of expertise include Management, Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, Strategy development and implementation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment and Construction projects, company turn-around, and teaching.
Henning Lorentzen holds a Master of Science (Cand. Lact.) in Dairy Science from the University of Copenhagen.
Frank Hjortekær-Jensen is an experienced CEO, Investor and Board Member with a passion for innovative, sustainable and digital concepts.
He has been working with logistics for many years and is driven towards revolutionising the trucking industry and leading responsible and sustainable development.
Frank holds an AP Degree in Marketing and an Executive Board Programme from INSEAD.
Rasmus Grønborg Bak is in charge of the overall management of DSHwood Koncern and its 45 employees. As CEO, he is responsible for communicating with shareholders, government entities and the public leading the development of short and long term strategy as well as creating and implementing the company´s vision and mission.
Rasmus joined DSHwood in 2017 and has broad experience at the highest management-levels in some of the largest companies in the Danish and Swedish Forest Sector including Orsted, HedeDanmark, Skovdyrkerne and Koberg Förvaltning.
Rasmus Grønborg Bak holds a Master of Forestry (Cand. Silv.) from the University of Copenhagen and the University of Göttingen, Germany.
Jesper V. Henriksen is a Finance and IT professional with international experience across various industries and corporate structures.
Jesper has a background and initial training as an auditor from KPMG, which enables him to focus on ensuring a high degree of compliance while simultaneously optimising processes and systems for an efficient operational footprint. Combined with his business insights, this allows for an analytical and strategic contribution to the management of the company.
