Founded in 1967 as a trading office of the Danish Forest Association, we connect forests and industry through an efficient, transparent, and responsible value chain. Almost 60 Years of Experience in Global Timber Trade
Founded in 1967 as a trading office of the Danish Forest Association, DSHwood became an independent subsidiary in 2000 — owned by forest owners. Today we are a group of companies operating in Denmark, Germany, France, UK, and India. We trade all wood products from the forest, from round logs and lumber to woodchips and biomass, and serve markets across Europe and Asia with reliable, certified, and sustainable supplies.

Headquartered in Fredericia, Denmark, DSHwood operates through a group of companies in Denmark, Germany, France, the UK, and India. Our purchasing origins span across Europe — giving us flexibility in supply and broad access to quality timber.
We serve customers across Europe — in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, France, Austria, the Nordics, and the Baltic states — as well as key Asian markets including China, India, Vietnam, Pakistan, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, and Malaysia. With 60+ years of international trading experience, we can deliver to most seaports in the world.
